About
Hi, I'm Emma - In the past five years, I've set up a business, freelanced in the design, strategy, branding & marketing field, and shaped a life between Amsterdam, NL and Canggu, Bali. In that journey, I learned how powerful it is to build something on your own terms. That's why I now founded Allround the Agency; to guide, support, and empower others to find clarity, confidence & direction through that same journey.
This platform is where my experience, knowledge, and love for guiding others come together. I help creatives and starting freelancers find direction, build confidence in their skills, develop a strong personal brand, and grow into independent professionals with real workflows and real opportunities.
I do this through hands-on worksessions, coaching, courses, talks, and a growing networking community — and eventually an agency that connects talent to real freelance opportunities worldwide. Everything here is designed to help you gain clarity, build skills, and take control of your (remote working) career and creative freedom.
