Hi, I'm Emma. In the past five years I've set up a business and freelanced in the design, strategy, branding and marketing field. I've also shaped a life between Amsterdam, NL and Canggu, Bali. In that journey I learned how powerful it is to build something on your own terms. That's why I founded Allround the Agency; to guide, support and empower others throughout that same journey.
This platform is where my experience, knowledge and love for guiding others come together. I help starting freelancers to find clarity, confidence & direction. Through my jobboard, a growing networking community, webinars, talks & courses, I help you move from uncertainty to independence.

Allround the Agency was founded by Emma Demollin. Emma has set up two businesses of her own, and next to this, has over five years of experience as a freelancer in design, strategy, branding, and marketing. She works from both Amsterdam and Canggu, Bali.
All services are designed for starting freelancers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to work independently but don’t know where to begin. Whether you’re just starting out or already taken steps but looking for more structure and direction; there’s an offer suited to your stage.
The offering consists of two main services: webinars/ talks and an 8-week online course (“Freelancing 101”). All services are available both online and in person. Apart from this, you’ll also find a jobboard here with (remote) job opportunities worldwide and a supportive networking community.

Yes, there is an active WhatsApp networking group (currently only available for Bali and/or The Netherlands) for creatives, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. It’s a place to connect, ask questions, share resources, receive feedback, and support each other. You can find the link in the footer of the website.
The jobboard is a separate ‘service’ and can be find through the main menu at the top. You will be directed to a separate page that’s fully designed to find a job/freelancers.
